Case Study
Herts Urgent Care/Kernow
mrp recently had the opportunity to work with Herts Urgent Care/Kernow, a healthcare provider in Cornwall, to help them recruit Pathways trained 111 Clinical Advisors for their new service set to go live on 30th November 2022. Given just a one-month turnaround time, we were tasked with finding 30 clinicians for Herts Urgent Care/Kernow by the go-live date.

“The clinicians referred to our service have always met our expectations and are a welcome addition to our team. Their service and professionalism are flawless. While we’ve never experienced any problems with MRP, I am left confident that if we did they would resolve any issue promptly.”

Leveraging local and market knowledge to find suitable 111 clinical advisors
With our vast database of healthcare professionals, we immediately set about contacting 111 Clinical Advisors who possessed the required training and experience. Drawing on our local and market knowledge, we were able to quickly assess suitable candidates and provide a shortlist to Herts Urgent Care/Kernow for their consideration.
